Bolivar Peninsula, TX
Unit A of Crystal Beach's Premier Triplex 2Bd/1Bth
About the property
Welcome to Unit A, your easygoing beach home base in our Crystal Beach triplex. The shoreline is ridiculously close—close enough that “one more trip back for sunscreen” feels totally reasonable. Expect salty air, sunset strolls, and a strong chance of losing track of time (in a good way). The ferry to Galveston is nearby if you feel like exploring. Then it’s back here to rinse off the sand, flop onto the couch, and enjoy the sweet art of doing absolutely nothing.
Unit A is a private 2BR/1BA with its own entrance and an easy, beachy feel—simple, comfy, and ready for relaxing.
Inside you’ve got:
2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom
Beds: 1 queen + 1 bunk (sleep: handled)
A living area for lounging, snacking, and post-sun recovery
Wi-Fi ~25 Mbps (great for streaming, scrolling, and “just checking email”)
Kitchen situation (important):
This is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. You’ve got what you need for coffee, quick meals, and snack duty—but no full-size oven/stove, so save the big holiday cooking plans for somewhere else.
You’re booking Unit A, which is the first unit of the triplex—your private base. You’ll also have access to the bottom patio (great for sea-breeze breaks and post-beach recovery). You get one dedicated car space. The other units and their entrances belong to other guests if they’re booked, so stick to your zone and everything stays smooth.
Two quick heads-ups for Unit A:
Kitchenette, not a full kitchen. You’ll have the basics for simple meals and snacks, but there’s no full-size oven/stove. Great for coffee and quick bites—just not big cooking projects.
This is a triplex. The other units may be booked, so you may see/hear other guests in shared outdoor areas. Your unit is private—just expect normal “other people are also on vacation” vibes.
House Rules
Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any extra people (including visitors) must be disclosed and pre-approved.
No illegal activity.
Clean-ish is perfect: Please keep the unit reasonably tidy during your stay.
Food + pests: Don’t leave food out (local critters are enthusiastic).
Damage: If something breaks or gets damaged, message me ASAP so I can handle it quickly and fairly.
No furniture moving: Please don’t move any furniture inside or outside, including chairs and picnic tables.
Shared-property courtesy: Be mindful of other guests, especially outdoors and at night.
Removal policy: If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
Storm policy: If you must cancel due to mandatory tropical storm/hurricane evacuation, you’ll receive a full refund. If you evacuate during your stay, you’ll be credited for nights lost.
Liability: We aren’t responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss/damage of personal property. By booking, guests assume the normal risks that come with staying on the property.

everything as expected. Wonderful shower! Clean.
We had such a great stay here! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was well stocked and thoughtfully put together, which made our stay super comfortable. The location was great and check-in/check-out was easy. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!
Thank you! We had an amazing time!
