• Golf carts are popular and allowed in the neighborhood and on the beach
• Beach driving and parking permitted with a beach pass

👥 Guests & Occupancy

• Max occupancy: 6 guests
• Only registered guests allowed
• Visitors must be pre-approved (including temporary visitors)

• Quiet hours at night — please respect neighbors
• Treat the home like your own

🚗 Parking

• Do NOT park under the house
• Park only on the driveway
• Avoid hitting support pilings

🧼 Cleanliness & Home Care

• Keep the home reasonably clean during your stay
• Return any garage items to their original place
• Rinse sand off using outdoor shower before entering
• Leave sandy shoes outside on the deck

🔥 Grill Use

• Grill must stay downstairs only (county ordinance)
• No grilling on the deck
• Please clean the grill after use

🪑 Deck Cushions (IMPORTANT)

• Check-in: Feel free to bring cushions out and enjoy them
• Check-out: Please return cushions indoors

🚽 Plumbing & Septic

• Only flush toilet paper
• No wipes or hygiene products
• No grease down drains

• Accidents happen — please report ASAP
• Damage from misuse may result in charges

• Lock all doors
