About the property
Wake to wide-open Gulf views and the sound of waves. This 3BR, 2BA beach home sits on a quiet street, an easy walk to the sand. Sip coffee on the big front deck, rinse off in the outdoor shower, clean the day’s catch at your own fish station, and keep drinks cold in the second fridge. Open living area, full kitchen and laundry make it easy to settle in and stay awhile.
You walk into a bright, straight-up kitchen made for real cooking. Cabinets stocked, tools ready, room on the counters to work. The living room is open and easy, with plenty of seats and a big TV for the game or a late movie after the sun goes down.
The master bedroom holds a king bed and its own bath with both a tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen, a closet for your gear, and a streaming TV. The third room carries a twin-over-full bunk and a queen bed, built for families and crews. In back, the laundry room waits with a second fridge for extra food, cold drinks, and the day’s catch. Downstairs, a shaded patio, outdoor shower, and fish-cleaning station finish the place like a good last line.
You have the run of the place. The whole upstairs is yours—kitchen, living room, all three bedrooms and both baths. The front deck is open to you day and night for coffee, salt air, and slow talks after dark.
In back, the laundry room is yours too, with washer, dryer, and the extra fridge waiting for food, drinks, and whatever you pull from the Gulf. Down below, you can use the covered patio, outdoor shower, and fish-cleaning station after a long day on the sand.
A few spots stay shut: the closet in the laundry room, the attic above, and the garage downstairs. Those are for owners only. Everything else is yours while you’re here.
You won’t see me in person, but I’m never far. If you need anything, send a message through the app and I’ll answer as quick as I can. Once you’re booked, you’ll also have my number for a call or text if something can’t wait. If there’s a problem, you tell me. I’ll help you fix it.
The house sits on a quiet street that feels far from noise but close to what matters. The Gulf is right in front of you, with open water and sky, and a short walk takes you to the sand and surf. No fussy HOA, no one counting your footsteps, just beach, breeze, and salt in the air.
Shops, bars, and restaurants sit a short drive or cart ride away, where you can get shrimp, fuel, ice, and a drink after the day is done. This part of Crystal Beach is made for simple things: early walks on the shore, kids running in the sand, fishermen cleaning the day’s catch, and tired people sitting on decks watching the light fade over the water.
Out here, you get around easy. The beach is close enough to walk. You can haul a chair, a small cooler, and be at the water in a few minutes. The roads are quiet near the house, and the air smells like salt and sunblock.
For runs to the Big Store, bait shops, bars, and restaurants, you’ll want a car or truck. Everything in Crystal Beach stretches along one main road, and a short drive takes you to what you need. Many guests also rent a golf cart. It’s good for rolling to the beach and cruising the neighborhood at an easy pace. Just treat it like a real vehicle, follow the local rules, and don’t push your luck in the sand or at night.
One outdoor camera watches over the lower patio.
The home is capped at 9 guests. Anyone extra must be cleared with me before the booking is final. Only registered guests belong at the house. Any visitors need to be disclosed and approved first.
Do not park under the house. Use the driveway only, and steer clear of the pilings.
There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out. No parties, no events, no illegal activity.
Don’t leave food out to invite pests. Keep the place reasonably clean as you go—it makes checkout easy. If something breaks by accident, tell me right away. I’ll look into it and decide if there’s any charge for repair or replacement. Malicious or careless damage may be on you.
Be mindful of noise at night. Neighbors live here too.
Rinse sand off in the shower under the house after the beach. Leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door.
Treat the plumbing kindly. We have a septic system. Do not flush feminine products or anything that doesn’t belong in a toilet. Do not pour grease down the sinks.
When you leave, lock the doors and put the key back in the lockbox.
If guests are asked to leave for bad behavior, there is no refund for lost nights.
If a tropical storm or hurricane forces an evacuation before your stay, you’ll get a full refund. If you must evacuate during your stay, you’ll be credited for the days you lose.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or lost property. By staying here, you accept those risks for yourself and anyone you invite. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards. You swim at your own risk.
This is our home. Treat it as you’d want yours treated. Then relax, enjoy the house, the deck, the water, and the town. It’s your vacation. Make it count.

This beach home was the perfect getaway for me and my family (9 people total)! The essentials provided by Nate were located in small cardboard boxes with labels on them which elevated the feel of a luxurious beach home. The beach was walking distance and we found it to be much calmer and cleaner than other areas of crystal beach. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay at.
Nate, our host was quite responsive and eager to help. The house was very clean, accurately described and in a great location. Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach! Even the beds were incredibly comfortable. The wife and I got some of the best night’s sleep in recent memory! We rent Airbnb often and keep our expectations realistic as you never know what kind of little hiccups you may encounter. But, in this case, we had absolutely zero complaints or issues. There is also a 24 hour convenience store just at the end of the road for anything you may need.
Nate’s place was fantastic and exactly as described. House was immaculate, and very clean and spacious. Deck was fantastic and huge. Walk to the beach was easy maybe one row back. Loved it and will definitely be back.
