Shell Yeah! is the ultimate beach house for a dream vacation. This custom-built beauty has an open interior, with stunning gulf and bay views. It's in a prime spot to explore everything the peninsula has to offer. You'll also enjoy outdoor seating, a playscape, and a luggage lift (for an additional fee).

This beach house is a slice of paradise. As soon as you walk in, you’ll be captivated by the airy and cozy living room. The kitchen has everything you need to create mouthwatering meals for your loved ones, making you feel right at home.
But there’s more to this place than the indoors. Step outside and experience the beach life. You can relax on the outdoor seating, listen to the waves and feel the breeze on the top deck. And if you’re in the mood for some grilling, you’ll love the long tiki bar and grilling area, where you can mingle and cook up some tasty treats.
And when you need some downtime, you can lounge on the chairs, read a book, or take a nap. And when you’re ready to sleep, the bedrooms have comfy beds with space for everyone. This beach house is the ultimate destination for a fun and unforgettable vacation!

You can park your car on the driveway. A lockbox is located upstairs next to the front door.

I will not be present in person but I try to get to all messages within 30 minutes at the most, but typically within a few minutes if not instantly.

Tidelands is a development that's not too crowded and has a private beach access.

The golf cart is available for rent for a small fee and is a great and easy way to get to the beach.

To ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable stay, I want to make sure you have all the information you need before you arrive. The house can only be accessed by taking the stairs.And for your peace of mind, we have a security camera that keeps watch over the driveway. Also, bring bug spray, the mosquitos can get really bad in Crystal Beach!

The cargo lift is available for an additional fee and is designed to make your stay more convenient. It’s perfect for transporting luggage, groceries, and other items to the upper deck without the hassle of carrying them up the stairs. Please note that the lift is strictly for cargo use and is not intended for carrying people.. 

The golf cart is available for rent, send me a message and ask me how to rent it. It's a 6-seater, plenty of space to haul chairs, canopies, sand toys and people to the beach and it comes with a Bluetooth speaker.

Lots of space for everyone and the entertainment area u see the home with the little playground and fence, as well as gated upper deck where the main reasons I chose this home, since we had littles with us. There was propane available on a clean grill that was not rusted out. The home has some normal wear and tear tear for a beach house but the planks on the kitchen floor do need to be replaced because they are coming up. The beds are so comfortable and there were tvs in every room. The Ocean is visible from the deck and there is plenty of outdoor seating. There are plenty of basic seasonings to cook with as well as plenty of dishes. There is a wine cooler and an ice machine which was a plus. The beach was very easy to walk to. There is a little ditch to the side of the property that was full and it was fun to listen to and catch frogs. Would stay again!" (8/5)
