• Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco, marijuana, or similar products is strictly prohibited inside the home.

• Evidence of smoking inside the property, including odors, ashes, cigarette butts, or other smoking-related residue, will result in an additional cleaning fee to cover odor removal and deep cleaning.

• Before checking out, please double-check the home for personal belongings. If items are left behind and you would like them returned, we are happy to assist; however, a $50 handling fee plus the actual shipping cost will be charged before the item is shipped.

• The charcoal grill may only be used in the downstairs patio area.
• Grilling on the upstairs deck is strictly prohibited and violates Galveston County fire regulations.
• Never leave the grill unattended while in use.

Check-In & Access

• You will receive a lockbox code before arrival for self check-in.
• If a key is lost, the access code is forgotten, or you are unable to enter after all access options have been exhausted, guests are responsible for any locksmith, re-key, labor, parts, call-out, or after-hours fees. A reimbursement request will be submitted with a copy of the receipt.
• If the issue is caused by a lock malfunction, smart lock failure, or host error, we will cover the cost.
